Our business ethics
- We do not believe in bombarding our customers with regular hot lists, latest candidates or constant phone calls, as we know from experience how annoying these can be.
- During our first discussions with prospective clients we will agree the method and frequency of communication that will keep them fully informed of progress but without the unnecessary intrusion into they working day.
- JustHighways
will not actively entice your staff away from your organisation. We hold very strong views on this. We are quite happy to represent your staff, but they must approach us - it will not be the other way round.
- As a small specialist company we do not have KPIs or targets on the number of interviews, client calls or placements we achieve per month. We believe that this allows us to focus on matching our client's requirements and expectations with the best possible candidates.
